A Bit About Me
Hi! I'm Matt Yautz and I am a Graphic Designer located in New Jersey. I am a recent graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus, where I received my B.A. in Graphic Design, with a concentration in Print Design.
My design style is vibrant, expressive, and rooted in purpose. I’ve worked on a range of creative projects, including magazines, posters, album covers, and digital illustrations. No matter the medium—packaging, print, branding, or social media—I approach each project with a blend of creativity, strategy, and a clear focus on communication. I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and thrive in collaborative environments where innovation and out-of-the-box thinking are encouraged. I’m always looking to evolve as a designer and create work that not only looks great but makes an impact.
Work Experience
Lead Graphic Designer
Final Notice Film
November 2024 - April 2025
As Lead Graphic Designer, I was in charge of creating the rough and final posters for the film Final Notice by Matthew Barbosa. I also created graphics, such as scene design mockups and cast & crew highlights that were used to promote the film on social media platforms.
As Vice President of Public Relations, I was responsible for managing all social media accounts for Greek Life at FDU-Florham Campus. I was also tasked with designing flyers, creative posts, and stories that I would post and market on social media platforms. I was also in charge of communicating with people, clubs, and other organizations through direct messages and over email.
As Social Media Chair, I was responsible for managing all social media accounts for Tau Kappa Epsilon-Tau Theta Chapter, located at FDU-Florham Campus. I was in charge of creating posts for various events that the chapter held, as well as creating flyers for social and philanthropic events. I was also responsible for managing and responding to any direct messages that the account received.
